Needed a 20m trench dug and re-laid plus some additional guttering drainage pipes connected underground. Callum from the start was extremely polite, friendly, competent, communicative and efficient; as was the rest of the team (too many names to list here) - but esp Josh who fought the winter obstacles to relay a channel area of brick-block paving (not easy, after all the digging, and wet conditions) and still managed to keep the drive all tidy/clean. Just some minor final touches to finish, as I write this review (Feb-26) as its rained all winter but Callum has already booked this in for a few weeks time. Honestly, I am so grateful to the entire team, would 100% highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for any future ground/drainage works. "A good job, well done. We rang Future Drainage due to problems with a ground level/ underground drain pipe . This was supposed to divert excess rainwater from a gully outside our house to a nearby drain but the pipe was undersized and damaged, became blocked on a regular basis and leaked rainwater into the ground. This caused the gully to back up and the ground to subside. Future Drainage sent a two-man team who arrived as arranged and got to work immediately. Within hours they had dug out the old narrow drain and installed a new one that was up to the job. They also took great care to ensure that the site not only looked good but drained properly as well. "When purchasing our house, we used Future Drainage to get a CCTV survey of the properties drains as we had concerns about the trees on the property. Future Drainage complete the survey quickly and identified that the existing clay drainage was in a very poor state of repair (luckily no tree root issues). Although they did not produce a fancy brochure of the survey results they were happy to explain and document the issues to the previous owner and support the negotiation over house price which is just as effective. In the end nearly all repair work was carried out by the previous owner via Future Civils. The final repair work was undertaken by us using Future Civils when we moved in. Due to the nature of the issues and with working between the owner and prospective buyer there have ben 3-4 seperate visits to resolve work over, which I think shows that they can manage a long client relationship well. While on the property the team was very friendly and polite. They did not leave a mess. They were happy to explain the work to me afterwards and they guaranteed their work. When I asked for quotes from other drainage teams about the price of Future Civils quoted work, I recieved similar answers, so I believe them to be competitively priced. I would use them again."

They inspected the drain and once they confirmed it was nothing they could fix (too far inside the property), they recommended I called out a plumber instead. "could not ask for a better service or a great bunch of lads!! i had a major issues with my my drains and they kept backing up so they offered me a sevice where they could put a camera down my drain and showed me the issue i could see everything on there camera screen and they explained and showed me the issue! the drain had collaped due to roots breeching the the old pipe! instead of digging up the full pipe they offered a service where they could cut out the old pipe and put a patch in which formed a new pipe which was amazing and cost affective! issue solved and i would 100% recommend these lads brilliant service! cheers lee and callum"
